A New Chapter as Associate Director of the ALI

It is with great excitement and a sense of responsibility that I step into the role of Associate Director at the Automotive Lift Institute (ALI). My election to this position is not just an honor but an opportunity to serve and represent our members in a meaningful way. Over the years, ALI has been a beacon of safety, education, and standards within the automotive lift industry, and I am committed to upholding this legacy while also steering our organization toward a future that benefits everyone involved.

As I take on this role, my primary focus will be on engaging more closely with our members to ensure that the content, information, and resources we provide are truly valuable and helpful to the broader ALI community. We are at a point where the industry is evolving rapidly, and I believe it is crucial to listen to those who are at the heart of it—our members.

I firmly believe that the success of ALI lies in the success of its members. That's why one of my key priorities is to create more channels for input and feedback. Your insights, concerns, and suggestions are essential in shaping the resources, training materials, and guidelines that we develop moving forward. Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to the industry, your voice matters, and I want to ensure that we are addressing the real-world challenges you face every day.

To achieve this, I plan to open more opportunities for direct communication. Whether it’s through surveys, webinars, or face-to-face interactions, I want to hear from you. This will allow us to deliver content that is not only relevant but also timely and impactful. Our goal is to provide the tools and knowledge you need to excel in your work, ensuring safety, efficiency, and industry-leading standards in every aspect of automotive lift operation.

In the coming months, I will be working closely with the ALI team to introduce new initiatives that align with the needs of our members. From updated safety standards to more robust training programs, we aim to offer resources that reflect the dynamic nature of our industry.

I am excited about the future and confident that, together, we can continue to elevate the standards and practices that make our industry safe and efficient. As your Associate Director, I am committed to being an advocate for your success. I look forward to working with all of you to make ALI stronger, more responsive, and more effective in serving our community.

Let’s move forward together.
